Pete - Drums
Pete Abdou

Pete started his love for drumming at age 12 after playing the trumpet for 4 years, he really got sick of blowing so he figured he would try some beating for a while and whattayaknow, after beating and beating and beating, it stuck. He's been beating ever since. The drums that is, what were you thinking? You sick individual.

Anyway, Pete performed as much as he could in school and in clubs after graduating, eventually jumping on many U.S. tours until one day he runs into Tiffany Shea in Boston MA. They hit it off immediately and the rest is history, sort of. Pete finished the 25,000 mile tour of the U.S. with TSB that he booked himself to help propell the band forward and get them seen in as many parts of the country as possible. It was a huge success.

Pete is currently back in Boston doing sessions and live shows with local groups, teaching a few private students and planning his next move in this crazy business.

Pete has been featured in many articles including a write up in the biggest drum magazine in the world, "Modern Drummer" which he considers to be a great honor. To view this and other articles or to read more on Pete visit his website...
